Join us on September 26, 2026, for Repair Cafe and our next book sale!

Do you have some broken common household items? Bring them over to the library to have volunteer repair coaches help return them back to working order.

Common household items include lamps, clothes, toys, clocks, textiles and more. See the full list of items on hcpl.net.

While you wait for your repair, browse our book sale! Check back on our website and social media to see when we will start accepting book donations. Books start at $3.

You can always find our book sale cart in the glass enclosed room behind the counter. You can scan the QR code to pay.
